Various new potentials are being actively explored by the Village Consultative Council, MPK, Jerudong 'B' to improve the economic status of the residents. One of the initiative is the development of Siandang Beach as a Community Recreation Park.

Named after an old agricultural station, Siandang Beach, Jerudong is a symbol of appreciation for the services of the ancestors of the Kedayan Ethnic group who once earned a living in the area in the 60's. The initiative also received strong support from MPK Jerudong committee members, villagers and the Brunei Muara District Office.

With community spirit and continuous efforts, Siandang Beach, Jerudong has not only become a symbol of the revival of abandoned areas, but also opens up economic and social opportunities for local residents.
